Q: How does your dog poop removal service work?
A: It’s simple! You choose a service plan (one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), and we come to your property to remove all pet waste. We properly dispose of it so you don’t have to worry about a thing!

Q: Do I need to be home during the service?
A: Nope! As long as we have access to your yard, we can complete the service whether you're home or not.

Q: Do you service front yards, patios, or apartment complexes?
A: Yes! We clean backyards, front yards, patios, and even community spaces like apartment complexes and dog parks. Just let us know your needs when requesting a quote.

🐶 Scheduling & Policies

Q: Can I schedule a one-time cleanup?
A: Absolutely! We offer one-time cleanups for events, move-outs, or just getting caught up on yard maintenance.

Q: What if the weather is bad?
A: We work in most weather conditions, but for extreme cases (heavy snow, lightning storms, etc.), we may reschedule your service. We’ll always notify you in advance.

Q: Can I cancel or reschedule my service?
A: Yes! We just ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.

Q: What if I have an aggressive or anxious dog?
A: If your dog is not comfortable with strangers, we ask that they be kept inside during our visit for everyone's safety.
